Policies

Reservations are not confirmed until you have received a Confirmation Email from the Grizzly Peaks. All efforts are made to confirm reservations within 24 hours of request.

Reservations secured with one night credit card deposit with balance due on arrival.

Supervised children welcome.

Smoking is allowed on the outside decks using the provided ash urns.

All rooms are smoke-free. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be accessed to rooms with smoke damages.

Yes, we can accommodate pets, based on availability.

In respect to others, we ask that you maintain a reasonable sound level at all times and honor quiet hours of 10:00pm - 8:00am daily.
