Policies

Reservations are not confirmed until you have received a Confirmation Email from the Duck Inn. All efforts are made to confirm reservations within 24 hours of request.

Reservations secured with one night credit card deposit with balance due on arrival.

Supervised children welcome.

Smoking is allowed on the outside decks using the provided ash urns.

All rooms are smoke-free. A $100.00 cleaning fee will be accessed to rooms with smoke damages.

Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.

In respect to others, we ask that you maintain a reasonable sound level at all times and honor quiet hours of 10:00pm - 8:00am daily.

Cancellation Policy

TO CANCEL A RESERVATION PLEASE NOTIFY
US BY [-EMAIL-] AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

With cancellation less than 14 days prior, a ONE night
deposit will be charged.
With cancellation less than 7 days prior, a TWO night
deposit will be charged.

Full credit will be given for days that unit is successfully rebooked.
